As an employee of Saddi Traders (the "Company"), you may have access to private and sensitive information as part of your job. This could include things like client details, pay rates, company finances, and personal or service provider information.It’s very important that you keep this information private and handle it with care. Please read and follow the rules below:

1.Keep Documents SafeAny documents or materials that contain private information must be stored securely when you're not using them. These items must be returned to the Company when your contract ends or if the Company asks for them.

2.Do Not Share InformationYou must not share any company or client information with anyone who isn’t authorised to receive it. This applies to conversations, written notes, emails, texts, and other forms of communication. Always double-check who you're speaking to, especially over the phone.

3.Be Careful Where You TalkAvoid discussing confidential topics in public places like hallways, waiting areas, or lifts—where others might overhear.

4.No Posting on Social MediaDo not post or share any company information—either online or offline—unless it's part of your normal job and you’ve been authorised to do so.

5.Breaking the RulesIf you break these confidentiality rules, it could be seen as a breach of contract. The Company may take legal action or other serious steps.Important: You must not share any confidential information at any time—during or after your time with the Company—unless you have written permission from a Company Director.
